On arrival store didn’t open till 9:15am my appointment was 9:10am I arrived just before 9:00am as I was told to come 10mins early there were 4 other ladies waiting as well,every thing was great the staff member and treatment I received,but treatment didn’t start till 9:25am the only thing I was disappointed about my treatment was ment to be 60mins as stated on your website (microdermabrasion advanced) but after I left noticed the time on my watch was 10:00am I paid for an hour service 😞
