I had a luxe spa facial. I had an assessment of my skin done first and was told I was dehydrated twice, all felt very negative and was not a nice start. I had also called the day prior to advise I was third trimester pregnant and that it would be okay. I was assured it would be. However, once I got to the room I was told the bed couldn't be raised at the back, I couldn't get any extra pillows for my huge 33 week belly, and I couldn't lay on my side. I was then moved to another room where the back of the bed had a slight incline, but it was still very uncomfortable. I really felt like I had to put up with it and that I was a burden. I had also told the lady no massage on my shoulders and neck as I recently had vaccinations done, which were tender and sore. This was ignored and it was quite painful. By the time the facial started it was 1:58pm and then it concluded at 2:42pm, despite it being a 1hr 10minute treatment. I also wasn't told at any point during the facial what was happening, or if I was comfortable. Not a good experience.

very disappointed, was advised to come in early and then had to wait 40mins and then to be told my regular beauty therapist was no longer with them. Then I get another therapist that knew absolutely nothing about my past treatments or history of my skin so I attempted to relay information from past procedures. I was not impressed at all and the therapist did an average job, I was so annoyed at the lack of professionalism and care that the experience was not enjoyable. I bought a package treatment thinking i would be looked after and even if my regular therapist wasn't there, that someone would have reviewed my previous treatments and given me a summation of how my skin was fairing up after prior treatments. As I sat in reception waiting, I also witnessed another customer not happy with a treatment. I felt like it was a rushed environment and all they wanted to do was get you in and out quickly hence my therapist on the day cut me short when I was talking to her and said we are running out of time! when in fact they were the ones that were running late! Poor form overall.

I did not receive the service I purchased as part of a package. Didn’t enjoy the facial at all and it was over 30mins shorter than my usual visits.

The facial and massage was really poor. It felt like my face was just washed a few times. My skin was oily and not clear when the facial was finished. I still had product around my hairline. I had asked for microderm instead but was told the facial peel would provide better results. It felt like nothing was applied and my skin is not noticeably different in any way.

Was booked in for a 90 minutes and only had hour massage. Very disappointed with the overall service the massage was nice however I didn’t get what I paid for. I also had a gift voucher for the 90 minute massage that I was looking forward to use for a while, as I’ve had cancer treatment in the past and was looking forward to fully indulge in a relaxing 90 minute full body massage. The lady at reception didn’t even know how to use my digital gift voucher so I had to pay for poor service with my own hard earned money. Was told she didn’t know how to process the voucher and got mixed with the time the treatment was meant to start. Was told there was a 10 minute consultation which I never had she also acknowledged I didn’t want a scalp massage as I wanted more time on my feet and back and I didn’t get enough time on my feet.
