Didn’t feel very welcoming by the therapist. She only ever smiled when saying goodbye at the end. Was just going by the books snd doing her job with minimal customer service. Treatment said 1 hour but only lasted 49 mins. First 20 was paperwork abd last 10 was just dressing up, product recommendations and goodbye. I might try another location. Service can definitely be improved by making it a bit personalised experience

My regular therapist Lana, apparently, had left but I wasn't notified untilIgot there. By the time the replacement therapist started we were running 30 minutes behind schedule. Unfortunately on this occasion my session was mediocre at best. When you've experienced excellence it's had to be happy with less.

The massage was amazing but I won't be back because I am sick of the hardsell which takes away completely from the relaxing experience in the salon. I will find a salon that allows me to decide how much or how many services I need.

I had Katie who was very nice and friendly but when I went home after my eyebrow wax, I could see that it was a very bad job. There were dark hairs very visible. Light hairs at the top that weren’t even waxed properly. She didn’t tweeze my eyebrows after waxing to check them. No trimming. Very poor job. She was a really nice lady, dont get me wrong but it was a terrible job when I usually get a very good job done there previously (I am a regular customer).

The massage itself was above average. The massage table was broken so I wasn't laying completely flat. It wasn't comfortable at all for the whole 80 min massage. I let the therapist know half way through as I rolled over that it feels like the bed is on a slant and she said 'Yes, it is. The bed is broken. I notified the manager and got 10% off but would have preferred a good experience. Will not return to that salon.

I have used pure indulgence for sometime, I was very disappointed with the service I received today - eye brow sculpt. One of the difficulties with pure indulgence in consistency as therapist leave the salons . The therapist appeared inexperienced, unfortunately this therapist shares the same name as another therapist who used to work at the salon and this caused some confusion. The quality of the work was poor, poor shaping technique, many hairs remaining despite waxing and plucking. I have in the past recommended pure indulgence but wouldn't any more and sadly I won't be returning
