My experience was very positive. The staff were professional yet friendly, even though my practitioner called in sick I was offered an appointment just 20 mins later with another staff member. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise filtering through the salon walls( it’s in a busy Westfield) and the music playing in the room I was in was too loud. I also didn’t appreciate the “ hard sell” to buy products or further treatments as I was leaving.
