I used a voucher today for a facial on my birthday. The facial itself was lovely and very relaxing however I do wish less time was focussed on a head and shoulder/neck and massage and more on my face itself. Though I do realise that the mask that had been applied needed time to work into my skin. It was just an observation. My facial was complete and I was coming back to the land of the living after being in a very relaxing state however I then felt like products used and treatments available were, for lack of a better description, pushed onto me. I get that the products used are worth mentioning in case the client does want to buy them however I didn’t ever respond saying that I was going to purchase any and I felt like a lot of the time spent was my consultant trying to sell me products and treatments. My relaxed state of mind soon diminished. All in all my consultant was lovely and provided a lovely treatment. Those two things though were areas of a less than ultimate experience.

Kayla was so lovely and professional. My only issue was the waiting chairs - certainly not Kayla's problem! :)

I absolutely love getting my brows done with you guys. Always professional, clean and do an incredible job. Won’t get my brows done anywhere else! The only thing that frustrates me is unsolicited advice about my skin etc. I understand you guys have products to sell but it’s unenjoyable to be pushed products every time I’m there when I’ve said multiple times that I’m not interested. I’m coming for an amazing waxing service! Not for skin advice or products. Could you perhaps implement a system where a beautician writes a note on the customers account detailing whether they asked the customer about their skin/if they wanted products/what the customers response was and whether they purchased products? It would probably help future beauticians to just take a quick look at the account and know ‘ok Suzan was having issues with dry skin last time she was here, I’ll follow up with her about that’ etc and then for the people who have repeatedly said they’re not interested/why they’re not interested that could be recorded and they could stop feeling hassled for something they don’t want/having an unenjoyable experience. Just a thought. Do really love you guys though!

Laura was a very nice therapist. She completed her work in a friendly and professional manner. She checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable for the whole wax. Thanks Laura.

no questions were asked about my treatment preferences (e.g hardness, focus areas). as such the session was far from my best experience. i would also prefer if i could choose my own oil scent as i am not fond of lavender which features quite strongly in the oils most often used in my sessions

Brooke was amazing for my first experience of a braz wax. It was no where near as bad as I thought it would be and she made me feel very comfortable. Brooke was very professional in her manner and this is really important to me. :)
