I received written confirmation from Pure Indulgence of my 1 hour an 10 minute service. It confirmed my location was on Level 1 of Westfield Carindale. It wasn't, it was on Ground level which partly contributed to me being 10 minutes late after getting advice on where I was meant to be . (I arrived at 3.50 for a 3.40 appointment) It took another 10 minutes to sign the obligatory form and intro etc: so got down to the treatment at 4pm. At 4.40 my treatment ended (a 40 minute treatment) followed by a 10 minute sales spell. I wouldn't have minded this except I asked for and paid for a one hour and 10 treatment not a 40 minute one. The treatment was good, just not what I asked for or paid for.

My service was meant to include a steam however I never got it, very disappointing.

I had a pedicure. The beautician was 20 minutes running late ; then I had to stay longer as some of my toe nails had to be painted again. I ended up staying in for 1 hour and 35 minutes. Too long. Disappointing.

I have been coming to your salon for the Celebrity eye trio for a longtime now. The quality of beauticians back when i first starting coming was exceptional. Recently, well at least for the last 6 to 12 months the service is never the same, the quality of the service is terrible. The last three times i have been to have my eyes done i have had to fix up once i get home. The color for my eyebrows last time was too dark but the beautician said the color will settle down over the next few days. I find majority of the time i am having most of my eyebrows plucked and not waxed, so growing back time is quicker, so i am having to have them done more often.
