I recently moved to grappenhall and was apprehensive to try out new hairdressers moreover my previous experience at a new hairdressers left me with an uneven bad hair style . I must say have frizzy type 2c -3a difficult to unmanage hair. My life is chaotic cannot plan thing in advance,after months of browsing online , social media review , i picked up the courage to book an appointment, the online booking system is convenient giving me the ease to cross check with my diary no pressure, i booked for cut and finish with becky. I was anxious. At the salon I was made to feel at ease. The lady who washed my hair was spot on, 👌 firm pressure and taking care to and checking with me . Becky took time to understand my expectations ,who I like my hair to fall , the length , fringe length etc. She has magic amazing,so talented with her scissors. I loved how she made my hair look , on happy happy costumer . Most importantly I did mot feel pressurised to have any other add on services or products. I would be returning for other services and would highly recommend Pure hair and beauty.
