I have been using Paco and Carolyn for many years now and can only say how wonderful and attentive they are. The personal service you receive is exceptional, Paco really listens to your needs and spends time getting to know you and your hair. I always receive comments on my colour and style. I would Highly recommend Paco and his team, easily the best in Gloucestershire.

Customer service is second to none - all the staff are extremely courteous and vigilant of anything you might need. Refreshing that everyone was so polite and professional. Left feeling very well looked after as well as a great colour and cut.
