We had a lovely morning at the Spa, it’s a very relaxing experience and we never felt rushed. Emily was great and provided me with some useful advice for my self care. The afternoon tea in the lounge by the fire was a perfect way to end the experience.

A really lovely spa experience would highly recommend and value for money...the only very small criticisms would be to offer cold refreshment as well as hot tea and coffee...not everyone drinks it but I guess if you ask they would be willing to swap for you.

The Hotel is a Lake District gem. Being set in the centre of Ambleside it offers visitors a complete holiday or short stay experience which is difficult to beat in both comfort,amenities, attention to detail and value for money. Having stayed several times we will continue to return for that treat away.
