As always the spa team were professional yet friendly. I requested a bigger robe and this was no trouble at all. Hannah my therapist was friendly and polite as always and respectful. Nothing was too much trouble. My only grievance is that the spa is changing over to Elemis and I will no longer be able to have my beauty sleep treatment. ☹️

I had a pedicure with Anita. She was very thorough and very careful with my right foot big toe which was sore due to my cutting back the nail too far. An enjoyable and relaxing session.

Another lovely day spent at the Waterfall Spa. The tea of therapists are so friendly and skilful so my daughters and I left feeling wonderfully refreshed. The afternoon tea was delicious too! Thank you - we’ll be back!
