Myself and 2 friends spent a lovely afternoon at the spa yesterday on the Relax and Unwind package. It was very good value for money. The afternoon tea was lovely and served in a nice setting in the lounge area. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The spa itself is lovely and was quiet and relaxing. We all had facials which were really nice. Special thanks to Emily for a beautiful facial and the girl who checked us in and showed us around (sorry didn’t remember the name). I would definitely recommend and return.

My therapist Emily was great and really friendly. The treatment I had was lovely and relaxing and I definitely got a better quality sleep that night.

The therapist was lovely, the service was good, the reception left a lot to be desired. The welcome and assistance when you first arrive could be greatly improved.

Excellent quality back neck and scalp massage by a very technically talented therapist who also offered excellent advice after my facial and was incredibly warm and friendly a thoroughly enjoyable luxury experience

The Afternoon was very disappointing,it would have been nice to asked when we would like our hot drinks instead of them being on the table as we got to the table. It was on the table ready instead of being presented to us after we sat down so no service really. Too many sweet items ,only sandwiches which had clearly been made up much earlier and had been in the fridge so they were stuck together and didn’t taste fresh The mini donuts were tasteless and the scones had been frozen and defrosted and just didn’t taste nice,not enough cream or jam . It sadly let the experience down when it’s such a lovely hotel and setting so put me off dining there as the quality wasn’t there. The local lady who did my back massage was excellent I felt very relaxed and I felt I’d had a thorough massage.
