Emily was outstanding ! What a lovely experience ! I ve had a back and neck massage and a facial. I ve never felt this relaxed and well looked after. Only two "downsides": the relaxation room is lovely but can get a bit overcrowded. Also staff have to go to other places ( eg other treatment rooms; dirty towel drop off etc) via the relaxation room.
