I had a lovely spa day on my return visit. Anita was excellent in interpreting my the needs of my skin and I thoroughly enjoyed my facial. My afternoon tea was presented well and very enjoyable. Followed my two hours in the pool area relaxing whilst enjoying the snow surrounding the hydro pool. I have already recommended the hotel to friends and they recently stayed for a few days. No doubt I will return when next in Ambleside. Thank you.

From the moment I entered the spa I was met by friendly staff who obviously enjoyed working there. My therapist, Hannah, said she remembered me from a previous visit, which was nice as I only visit here twice a year when I’m visiting the area. She was friendly, polite and professional and showed a genuine interest in me. My treatment was excellent and Hannah offered advice on my skin and recommended products for me to use without making me feel I had to buy them. I highly recommend this spa. Thank you for a very pleasurable experience.

We had a lovely time at the spa, the staff were so nice and the massage was fantastic. It definitely made our holiday and is well worth the money. We enjoyed the afternoon tea too.
