Comment
I was resident at the Hotel and was unable to book all the treatments I requested due to the salon being busy. I think it would have been helpful if I had been asked if I would accept at short notice an appointment if someone cancelled, or had even been contacted with that offer when someone did cancel. I would have happily rearranged my arrangements to have the treatments I wanted completed, especially as I was on site.
