The only really disappointing thing was that the size of the robes provided did not cater to the larger lady, which didn’t matter so much as we were lucky enough to have the spa to ourselves, but nevertheless was embarrassing when it was so much too small, & could have ruined the day under different circumstances. I haven’t experienced this at other spas in Cumbria. W also thoughtbthatbthe hairdriers could do with updating - a bit ineffectual. Overall though, a fabulous day in a beautiful spa and a great lunch. Well done to Emily who was so lovely and polite and gave us all special spa treatments.

We had a wonderful spa day, the facilities were excellent, the staff very helpful and friendly. The treatment was of a high standard, very relaxing.

I love visiting the Waterfall Spa and I always have. When the weather is very bad ie it snows heavily or there is flooding on the road between Ambleside and Windermere, I secretly wish that the conditions are so difficult that I have to book in for an overnight stay. It's never happened so far, but who knows what the future may bring ...
