My husband, sister and I had a spa treatment during our stay and it included a glass of prosecco and mini afternoon tea. The staff were fully briefed regarding the products that they use, their customer service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were welcoming and it was a very relaxing experience, which we would book again when we come back to stay again. Due to the covid restrictions in place, you had to book a 2 hours slot to use the rest of the spa facilities like the pool, jacuzzi, etc and they limited use to 6 people at a time so it was not crowded.
