I had a pedicure with Anita. She was very thorough and very careful with my right foot big toe which was sore due to my cutting back the nail too far. An enjoyable and relaxing session.

Disappointed to have kids running in and out of the spa during our time, not the most restful of experiences. The lights in the steam room are faulty, so they keep coming on and off. The jets in the outside sauna do not work. The (bought-in) cakes for the cream tea as part of our package were poor. We had food in the restaurant afterwards - an undercooked, tasteless veggie curry. The manager (I assume) was very helpful in helping us with car parking - thank you. The treatment was really nice and the girls friendly.

Another lovely day spent at the Waterfall Spa. The tea of therapists are so friendly and skilful so my daughters and I left feeling wonderfully refreshed. The afternoon tea was delicious too! Thank you - we’ll be back!

Only slight negative was sauna and steam rooms had only just been turned on so were not hot
