My treatment was wonderful and the spa facilities themselves are great, however I think the changing rooms need some more TLC, the hairdryers are pretty basic and remind me of a leisure centre, an actual mirror to sit at to dry hair/style hair would be welcome, even some straighteners would be a nice luxury touch. In the showers themselves there is no shampoo, conditioners or shower gel, only hand wash, again it would feel much more luxe (and in keeping with the rest of the experience) if there were some to use.
