I have never had a facial before and didn't know what to expect. The ambience was great and the lovely consultant put me at ease immediately. The whole experience was really relaxing and my skin was glowing and looked amazing.

I’ve had multiple appointments at the Salutation Hotel Spa in Ambleside over the years and can highly recommend it. Had my first deep tissue massage today with Anita and I feel about 2 foot taller! I have a notoriously stiff neck and shoulders and back issues but after my treatment I feel like everything has been put back into place and my tension and neck pain has melted away. My husband has had a number of treatments with Anita also and can highly recommend her hot stone massage. I cannot recommend the ladies at this spa highly enough, it is well worth a visit if staying at the hotel.
