I had an appointment with Lucy again for a colour, cut and finish. This was the second time I had this service so I knew it would be a long appointment. Lucy went over everything she was planning to do and she kept checking with me along the way to keep me informed about what was happening.She called on other team members to support her when she needed them and they were also professional and friendly I was delighted with the first nap outcome, I love the colours and the hairstyle now and I was so grateful to Lucy for her patience explaining things to me and giving me advice for drying and styling my hair at home. Thanks Lucy
