I had a good experience, the salon was very busy when I arrived and reception found me a seat to sit and wait which was probably less than a minute. I was offered a drink but I refused because I’d just had one before leaving home. My hair shampoo etc was very thorough and relaxing. I’m happy with my cut although I was a bit surprised at the cost, especially as it was just a tidy up after my last appointment.

Booked a last minute appointment. When l arrived was warmly greeted and offered a drink whilst l awaited for my hairstylist, as l had arrived a tad early. Pauline introduced herself and took me over to her area. We discussed what l would like and then l was sent across for a hair wash. The lady that washed my hair was gentle and the products smelled great. She offered a head massage which was so relaxing! Pauline then set to doing her part and l was extremely happy with the result.She talked me through how she dried it, what two products she used. I am currently growing my dye out to go natural grey. This was making me feel rather rubbish about how it looked but l came out feeling rather buzzing about it. Thank you Pauline and Options, Rothwell x.

First time I had been to the salon in Rothwell Leeds today. I had a bad cut/blow wave at another salon the day before and I called in to see if I could get an appointment to sort it out for me. The receptionist (sorry didn’t get her name) said if I wanted it doing there and then she would ask the stylist Lucy. Which she said yes she could fit me in, Lucy did a great job from someone else’s mess and I am really pleased with how she managed to do it. I booked there and then to go back in 6 weeks when as Lucy suggested it as a bit more length on it for her to work with. So 10 out of 10.
