Booked a last minute appointment. When l arrived was warmly greeted and offered a drink whilst l awaited for my hairstylist, as l had arrived a tad early. Pauline introduced herself and took me over to her area. We discussed what l would like and then l was sent across for a hair wash. The lady that washed my hair was gentle and the products smelled great. She offered a head massage which was so relaxing! Pauline then set to doing her part and l was extremely happy with the result.She talked me through how she dried it, what two products she used. I am currently growing my dye out to go natural grey. This was making me feel rather rubbish about how it looked but l came out feeling rather buzzing about it. Thank you Pauline and Options, Rothwell x.
