I came across this salon as I work in the area and was looking for a new hair salon, I went for a consultation and the lady was lovely and I had my patch test and booked my appointment. On my appointment day I was nervous as it was a new salon so I didn’t know what to expect however I got there and was greeted by Katie and she was lovely from the start of my appointment to the end, she was so thorough with my hair and made sure I was okay at all times and checked if I wanted a drink or anything which was lovely. I am absolutely in love with my hair she did absolutely amazing to say I have a lot of hair and it can be high maintenance. I will be booking as regularly as I can! Thank you so much Katie and all the staff at options for making me feel so welcome as a new client!
