It has been a few years since I last had an appointment at Options - pre-covid. I was so impressed with everything from the friendliness of the staff to the welcoming I received. James did a fantastic job cutting and colouring my hair. A great professional who wants to ensure that you have a great experience. Nothing was too much for him. I will definitely make this a permanent return!
