My only reason for rating the salon environment with an 8 is because of air flow & closeness to other clients (today was fine because the door was open given the nice weather). In Winter I'm prone to catch viruses in confined spaces so tend to avoid using the salon during this period.

My hair was cut by Larissa. She is amazing. The cut is really great and she almost read my mind with what I wanted. Calm chat too. A really lovely chop! When I arrived it felt quite busy in the entrance. I was asked to take a seat and someone gave me a cup of tea. All very nice until my phone rang, 15 mins later. It was the salon calling to ask where I was. Nobody had asked what I was there for and assumed that I was waiting for someone else. Funny but also a little frustrating as I think I've been given a parking ticket for being over my time by 5 mins!!

I loved my head massage, haircut and the gentle attitudes of everyone there. The only thing I would say is that I recommend even more in the way of massage training maybe an Indian head massage course or at least a deeper awareness of head chakras, nervous system studies, and a little aromatherapy knowledge - to be available to trainees. I was thrilled to receive a massage as the only other hairdresser I found that offers this is miles away. it makes a world of difference in terms of honouring the wellness for client as well as looks. I so appreciated how both the person who gave my massage and who gave my haircut was willing to keep a dialogue open and hear feedback, open communication 😊 Thanks for my hair care!
