Paula listened to what I wanted to do with my hair and suggested practical solutions. We discussed style, colour-blending and a plan to restore my hair to its natural colour, whilst keeping the length and shaping around my face. She did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the result and ongoing plan.

Paula is a genius. I cannot thank her enough for the way she has transformed my parched bleach frizz back to fab curls. I have recommended you to so many people. I receive so many comments about my hair and I am so thankful and happy. Your immensely talented team of artists plus Aveda are a match made in heaven. This place is the real deal for curls. End of.

This is my fourth time of attending the salon and I always enjoy coming. Because I’ve been before, I wasn’t after lots of advice just a good haircut- which is what I got.

I found this Salon on Instagram and instantly got excited as I had never had a proper curly haircut. Prices were high but so were my expectations. I booked a “fine hair cut and style with anyone”. I know my hair is very fine and almost have no quantity of it but I got a haircut that wasn’t actually what I asked for. My hair was cut (by me, years ago) in a straight way and I wanted a more rounder style to create the ilusión of more volume. When I saw the final result I wasn’t very surprised but I’m that kind of person that doesn’t know how to tell a hairdresser that they don’t like the job they did, so I left the salon having said to them I like it. When I got home and I took a photo from the back, I saw that the cut was nothing like what I wanted. It looks straight from the sides then ends pointy… something weird. Maybe it was just how the hair was sitting, I don’t know. I blame myself for not saying the truth while I was there but having paid such a high amount, I wish I’d like how the cut turned out. Don’t do like me and speak out if you do not like the result you got.

The hair brushing of all my knots in my hair was actually very painful. It was quite a rough brushing, not much care given to my comfort. I also believe I’ve been over charged as it was extortionate (£250)? For a colour and cut. I didn’t feel my stylist spent enough time chatting through what I wanted and cut my hair much shorter than I asked or expected.
