Overall I had a lovely time and was given lots of very helpful advice about my hair care going forward - what products to use and not, as well as why they were using those one specifically on my hair today. The neck massage was excellent and I only wish it had lasted longer. The staff were friendly and helpful. If it was possible to purchase a trial pack of some of the products - mix and match trio, then may be people new to the products would buy them at the time. I was, however rather disappointed with the lack of menu, as described on the website, being pregnant I really fancied a sandwich, as well as the decoration. Some areas needed a lick of paint and light bulbs were missing. There was also a large number of deliveries on the floor, which didn’t look very professional. I will be going to Nuala Morey again! This just my view and nothing to do with the skill of the people who work there.

Good experience and cut. I wanted to buy some products that had been used on my hair and knew that if I ordered through the salon website, there was a 10%off code. Sadly, this couldn’t be applied to products bought in the salon, which was a shame considering I’d just spent over £70 on the cut and blow dry. I’ve since bought them directly from Aveda at a better price

The cut has come out too short for her curls and the drying made it stick out at the back. We had a better cut last time.

Came for my daughters birthday - she’s been counting down the days to this and loved her experience. Her stylist was fab. I just wanted to give a bit of feedback about the other aspects of the booking/appointment experience. I own three bridal shops so know that I would want this feedback from a customer. The initial welcome into the salon wasn’t great. The lady on the desk did not appear friendly and wasn’t very smily. This also matched the experience I had calling the salon. I called on Tuesday to check whether we needed to do anything prior to the appointment. I was immediately put on hold and left for several minutes and the phone manner of the staff member was not the best. As the first contact I had with the salon it left me doubting the experience we would get. Thankfully Phoebe enjoyed it so much and loves her hair. Great to see her so happy.

This is my fourth time of attending the salon and I always enjoy coming. Because I’ve been before, I wasn’t after lots of advice just a good haircut- which is what I got.

Absolutely lovely staff and good advice about hair. The decor could do with updating when have some time/when next due - I felt that the decor seemed a bit confused with itself in terms of theme and vibe. Benefit from showing clients the colour examples before dyeing hair not just talk about colours.
