I'm happy with the service overall my curls were looking great but there wasn't any extra "something" that I could add to the experience. My curls were looking great although having the products and the practice to do finger's curl myself it wasn't something I was impressed of. (Being modest here!) Sorry. I suppose I have to hold to the idea that it's great to have someone do the job for yourself.

I felt that the salon wasn’t very welcoming on entry, and the receptionist was quite friendly but rather cool and uninterested. There’s not really anywhere to wait before you get taken to your stylist’s chair. My stylist, Tomas, gave me an excellent hair cut, I can’t fault his skill. But he disappeared during styling and drying my hair, no explanation. And I never saw him again! Another stylist finished my hair. That was £90, so I expect better.

These guys are real experts on curly hair, and I really soaked up all the advice and encouragement I was given about my hair. I wanted to say a massive thank you for that. Some slight things to work on - when you spend £97 on a haircut I do expect to feel very special. Unfortunately my hair stylist was doing someone else's hair at the same time, so it did take the shine away from the appointment. I was left in the chair after having my hair washed for about 10-15 mins without being spoken to, or offered to go back to the main seat where i could read my book. My neck started hurting because I still had my neck back because I didn't know what was happening. - the girls in the salon were so sweet! However during my appointment there were lots of private chats happening leaving me feeling a bit uncomfortable. In other hair salons I enjoy having a chat with people doing my hair. I don't want this to take away the great job that was done. These are just some small points that would elevate the salon experience.

First time visit - the intentions were good but the execution was lacking slightly. For the price / location I thought the salon was tired. The styling advice was good but unfortunately it hasn't improved curl retention. Worth a go but I don't think it's for me.

miscommunication about a staff member leaving saw me travel 1.5 hours to be told my appointment was cancelled; a courtesy phone call to reschedule would have been nice! Fortunately I waited around an hour and was squeezed in however I then had to pay more than the price I was intending to / advised pre-appointment on booking because someone (who was great) more senior did the cut instead.

I had a colour and cut booked with Paula at 11:15, I drove from london so made sure I was plenty early. We did a strand test and my hair integrity was not strong enough so opted for a cut and treatment, this was my first ever experience with a curly cut and salon experience. Paula was super lovely and very friendly. Very informative and I hope to book with her again. My only problem is I was passed around to different staff, what was a 10 minute treatment I was left for 40 minutes and the second time I was left for another 30 minutes. I was left half way through drying so the lady doing my hair could attend the reception desk. All in all, I was there until 15:15pm, over 5 hours for a cut and treatment. I did complain to Paula and she gave me 20% off for my cut to which I am very grateful. She was very understanding and kind. I understand the salon is busy, but especially since I traveled 2.3 hours i dont think it was good treatment to have left me waiting for someone for so long multiple times. I felt abit like a hinderance and it wasn’t nice being passed around, and at the end of the day I was losing my tether a tad, as I’m now going to be stuck in rush hour on the m25 lol I really hope my next experience is better as I’m travelling so far , as I loved my hair cut and I have a lot of faith for Paula and her knowledge, she was fantastic and I am very greatful for the time she took to educate me on my hair.
