Following my appointment with Georgie in July I was encouraged by her to book a further appointment in only 10 weeks. This is sooner than I ever previously booked a cut and earlier than I wanted one, but agreed to follow her advice and booked in a repeat cut with her at the end of my last appointment. I didn't really want my hair cut today as I didn't feel it was necessary, but I wanted to honour the booking. I was quite surprised to turn up for my appointment to find that instead it would be Ali cutting my hair. I wasn't even made aware of this until Ali greeted me at my seat. Ali did a lovely job styling my hair, but I would not have kept this appointment had I been told in advance that the appointment was no longer with Georgie, and feel that this should have been communicated to me as soon as the salon was aware of the change.

Probably the best hair cut I've ever had. The experience could be even better if the waiting area was a little more comfortable and if you were welcomed and offered a drink as soon as you arrived.

This was my first visit and my first hair appointment since February. Sky was very professional and explained how to maintain my hair. Because of the masks and sounds of dryers I found it difficult to hear so Sky had to repeat what she was saying several times, but didn’t show any irritation 😷. I did have to wait a little while for my shampoo. When I booked my appointment I was told that it would be around £53, but the actual cost was £70. Overall I was happy with the visit.

Lovely people/staff. Busy so felt alittle left out. Cut started then my stylist went off to sort someone else out and then came back after about 10mins. He was a lovely stylist and made me laugh and put me at ease. He showed me and told me what products he was using and how much of each which I found very helpful. I’m not sure if I would pay that price to have a cut again but I’m glad I had the experience l.

The salon and staff are lovely, this was my third visit and I will be booking again in the future. However I don’t feel like the stylist listened to my hair concerns and what I wanted to achieve from my hair cut on this occasion and I left slightly disappointed.
