I had a really good experience with possibly Kyle? However, during my second treatment (which I was told would be left on 5minutes) some college yes came back with lunch and he left me for more like 15minites which I really did not appreciate But the haircut, service were all great just that let it down

While I always rate the treatment and staff here, £10 for 5 mins in the chair have my fringe cut seems very steep. I was a bit shocked especially when other salons do fringe trims for free. Would you re consider the charges? I’d have been happy to pay £5 but £10 makes you think twice about a 5 min cut.

I loved my haircut. I was bold and went for a big cut. The stylist made sure I wanted to do it and did my hair really well, it’s super curly so he was reassuring me that I could manage it at home and telling me what he was doing and what products he was using. It was a relaxing experience despite being nervous about a big cut! Thank you x

I found the sink really caused me alot of neck ache, at the time and it lasted for three days. Perhaps next time I could be offered an additional towel for cushioning. Apart from that it was a good experience.

The hairdresser was amazing. Ellie looked after me amazingly and left me comfortable with the whole process. She was knowledgably and the cut was amazing. I just think the colour was a bit too warm but nothing too much. I had a bit of pain while drying the hair but when I tried to approach the member of staff they become defensive (as if I was trying to say they didn´t know what they were doing). It was a small moment. Mostly the environment was good but I felt the environment that goes through Insta is warmer.
