This is my third visit to Nuala Morey ( I travel from Oxfordshire) and I am thrilled with how my hair has improved over this time. Georgie has cut it each time and on each occasion she has explained the products and process she has used to achieve the wonderful curls I now have. As an older person ( over 50) this has given me the confidence to style my hair at home and fully embrace my natural curls for the first time in my life! Thank you Georgie and see you again soon!

Becky was very polite and professional. She has done a lovely job with my hair. The salon did look a bit tired and run down. For the price of the haircut I would expect a more luxurious feel to the salon. But the actual hair cut and experience with Becky was perfect and for that reason I would come again. Thank you

My experience on the day with Georgie was great but I very nearly didn't come at all as when first enquiring (in person), I found the reception very unwelcoming. I was treated with disinterest and it wasn't very informative. The only reason I persevered was the many positive comments i'd received from formerly happy people. I'm glad I did because the hairstylist on the day was good and as I did feel that they understood curly hair. I would come again for that and hope that my experience was perhaps an off day.

Paid £80 for restyle and blow-dry which was overpriced for the experience and results. Haircut is alright, I have had better for much less money. I did not feel relaxed and comfortable it wasn't the friendliest atmosphere. The person who did my hair seemed nice just seemed in a rush and wasn't gentle with my hair. Never had my hair pulled so much when being brushed it really hurt,never been hurt by someone brushing my hair before also temperature of the blow-dry was too hot and at one point felt like it burnt my scalp it hurt when I left. Which has never happened anywhere else before. I feel bad that I didn't say anything as not helping the hairdresser to improve but just felt too uncomfortable and worried. Didn't like the option not to take away mirror Didn't like the feedback card as didn't give honest feedback as felt too uncomfortable and was worried others would go and look when I was still in the salon. I did not enjoy my experience and will not be going back or referring to anyone.
