The treatment and information sharing from my hair stylist was very good. They had such good knowledge and made me feel comfortable in asking questions. It was definately the best hair cut I’ve ever had and I’m thrilled with what it looks like. It was also so nice to have the back and neck massage, the drink upon arrival and the cut, wash and dry techniques. You really feel like the staff are taking their time in doing your hair and making it a nice experience. The only comments I would write for improvement would be to give the salon a bit of a make over in terms of look and ensure that nice calming music is playing, so that it fits in with the experience.

I had the pleasure of meeting Paula today, it was probably my best appointment yet, she really took time to explain everything and help me with my hair problem areas . Overall fab

I have attended numerous times before and they are always very busy but welcoming. When asked for hair advice, it was responded too professionally. I quite like that I was left to just quietly take in the atmosphere and have my hair done, the cut is always beautifully done and leaves me looking forward to my next visit

This is probably about my 6th visit and I always come away pleased with my curly hair cut. The stylist checked what products I use and offered additional tips on maximising those products. All around a good experience!

Very knowledgeable and gave me some great tips. Explained everything thoroughly. The chair and floor area I sat in had hair from previous client, which is an easy fix but wasn't very pleasant. I had to wait quite a long time which wasn't a problem on this occasion as i didnt have anything after but would hope it was a one off(total time in salon for cut,wash,style 2.5hrs) Overall my visit was great, the stylist was spot on and I was happy with the overall result. Thanks!
