Overall I had a lovely time and was given lots of very helpful advice about my hair care going forward - what products to use and not, as well as why they were using those one specifically on my hair today. The neck massage was excellent and I only wish it had lasted longer. The staff were friendly and helpful. If it was possible to purchase a trial pack of some of the products - mix and match trio, then may be people new to the products would buy them at the time. I was, however rather disappointed with the lack of menu, as described on the website, being pregnant I really fancied a sandwich, as well as the decoration. Some areas needed a lick of paint and light bulbs were missing. There was also a large number of deliveries on the floor, which didn’t look very professional. I will be going to Nuala Morey again! This just my view and nothing to do with the skill of the people who work there.

The problem was, after following on Instagram for a while, I was really looking forward to getting the service they state. Massage, colour advice against my skin tone, strong recommendations on cut and colour photo of before and after. Although I was there for 3 1/2 hours for a short curly cut and colour, I didn't get these things. The cut was OK and the colour is OK. The product recommendations were obtained (and I bought a few things too), it didn't live up to the Instagram promises. Will I go back... I'm not sure yet. Undecided.

Everyone was so lovely and was great at explaining exactly what it was they were doing and why they were doing it, so as a way to learn more about how to look after my hair it was brilliant. But they cut in layers, which look really bad - the difference in length between the top layer and the bottom layer is huge, and now I feel so self conscious about my hair when it was something I always took great pride in. I’ve had a great experience here before, so I would still come back and would still recommend, just make sure you really talk through what it is you want and how your hair tends to be when dry, so you don’t end up with something you really hate.
