My first visit to the salon and I made a special effort to arrive just before my appointment time. Sadly my stylist was 45 mins late, which was frustrating but staff offered me a hot drink and shoulder massage whilst I waited. Atmosphere was very informal - staff dressed in a relaxed way, a dog was in the salon and as things became busier there was quite a lot of noise. I had time to notice that the mirrors were smeary, just that I was sat waiting and watching for a long while to notice these things. I was really pleased with my colour and cut, but the experience of the salon wasn't what I was expecting for the price I paid. I think I imagined a larger, slicker and smoother operation, though all staff were friendly and welcoming, and the professional advice and treatment I received was really good, so I’ll return again.

Thank you Nuala morey salon for my haircut today. My hair was cut by a trainee hairdressers but with support from senior hairdresser. The cut and blow dry is beautiful and well finished. The services took longer than I expected but I am still pleased with the result and the consideration from my hairdresser, she was really kind and lovely to chat to even though the style was new for her she took her time, followed guidance and gave a lovely haircut and finish and checked in with me at all points to make sure the time taken was okay and if I needed anything. Thank you again for your services and I look forward to coming back soon :)

Reception is very slow and always 2 people looking on the computer and not really concentrating on the clients properly as they enter. Look after clients that come in and then go back to what you are doing. My hair experience was very good and always pleased with my hair when I leave.

I’m usually nervous about haircuts but George put me at ease. She obviously knew exactly what she was doing and felt I could trust her with her calm demeanour. She also educated me about what products I should be using and how to use them. I am happy with my haircut, the first result was a little over styled for me but it was fun to see what it’d look like if I went for it! I did struggle with the harsh lighting in the salon, being a migraine sufferer I did leave with a severe headache. The positions I had to take with my neck crooked on the chair were also a contributing factor to the headache. I was perhaps a little too tall for the washing basin to sit comfortably. Only critical comments, it won’t stop me from coming again but I will have to bring sunglasses and paracetamol! Thanks, Hannah
