Really happy with my hair but for the price I feel the service could’ve been more attentive and calming. The people were very polite in there but could be a bit more enthusiastic.

It’s hard to tell if I’m happy with the cut as my hair has been styled in ringlets. I find the drying process very uncomfortable and this is why I don’t visit regularly. My neck and back is already feeling painful and I’ve come home with a headache from the tension around my neck. I think a massage afterwards would be more beneficial. I totally get that you want your customers to be styled a certain way but for me the cut is more important.

Thank you for the lovely colour and style. Would have loved a little more shampoo pampering but staff all kind and welcoming. Sad that you wouldn't take my cash for payment.

Our stylist was outstanding, she did both my hair and my mothers and we both came out loving how she had restyled our curls with a shorter cut which made the most of colour and curls. Less impressive is the rather tired state of the salon now, including a faulty coffee machine. The admin and support is less than optimal. Callbacks if you leave a message may happen or may not, and personally I don't think a senior stylist should be left to wash hair, cut, take payment and clear up a salon on a late evenings bookings, so it feels like a little more investment around the main stylist would be a good idea.

This was my third time at the salon, each time the experience has been very different, this time it felt rushed and not as personal. My stylist was very good. I had a lovely massage before the haircut and a peppermint tea which was nice. I’m not sure what the small glass and gold bowl was?? Still a mystery (maybe it was a defuser of smells?) I do find the products and haircut quite expensive and always feel a bit shit that I don’t use the products, but that’s probs just me.

The salon and staff are lovely, this was my third visit and I will be booking again in the future. However I don’t feel like the stylist listened to my hair concerns and what I wanted to achieve from my hair cut on this occasion and I left slightly disappointed.
