Paula was so lovely, and truly knowledgeable about my afro hair which is extremely rare! She went out of her way to give me tips and make sure I knew what was happening with every step of the process. Have found a new permanent salon/hairdresser now. Cannot recommend enough

The service isn't rushed so I leave 2 hours for my appointment. My stylist is excellent, she has got to understand my curls very quickly and is doing a fine job of reviving them. I know I'm going to walk out very happy and to this end i recommended my mother attend too.

Today was my second visit with Drew. Drew is always warm, friendly and professional. So far I have been very happy with the service I have received from Drew and the other lovely ladies in the salon. My only one tiny tiny bit of feedback would be is while waiting for colour to take ect would be to check to see if anymore refreshments are required. Always offered refreshments on arrival it's only the in-between part. I've highly recommend you to friends and family and always look forward to my next visit.

I really love how much detail Ali pays to my highlights -- the four colour combination is a lot, and she always gets it spot on! I also like that she doesn't mind my quietness when in the chair! Thank you so much -- love the results!
