I’d been looking forward to coming here for a long time. The greeting was lovely and I was quickly offered a drink. The website says you offer food but no one mentioned it so I wasn’t sure if that was something you still did or not. Personally, I struggle with sensory issues and found the music a bit loud. But that could just be me! I’ve yet to wash my hair myself but have found the style I left the salon with was unrealistic. I can’t dry my hair with my head back like that at home so wouldn’t ever be able to replicate the style anyway. On top of that, the stylist put my parting in the wrong place and because of her drying my hair with my head back, I wasn’t aware until it was too late. Hopefully it won’t be obvious once I’ve washed it myself. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience but after reading through the website and following the Instagram page, and making it clear that this was a long awaited for first appointment, I felt like I would have been made to feel a bit more special or Individual, instead I just felt like just another customer. I am planning to come back for a subsequent visit and might potentially look at colouring further down the line, but might request a more experienced member of staff. Thank you
