The hairstylist was running late first thing in the morning. This alone is not much of an issue for me. I was largely ignored in the salon until she arrived. I felt my cut was quite rushed and not the usual care and attention was taken. Furthermore the price was higher than when I had booked so I paid the deposit at booking which should have been 50%. Then paid double that again after the cut which was not expected. I could have been told about the 50% price rise before arriving since my details would have been available on my booking

I was a bit nervous as I was changing salons, but my service was really good, and Tomasina was so lovely and friendly. I look forward to coming back.

Thank goodness there’s a salon that knows how to cut curly hair! I was so fed up with the salons in my area that I choose to drive 1hr and half to Nuala’s. What an amazing experience! I found my stylist so easy to discuss the problems I had with my hair and she was so understanding, knew what she was doing and friendly too. Very helpful advice freely given and a thoroughly wonderful haircut. Definitely will be returning. Thank you! 🤩

I have been visiting Nuala and her team for the last 4 or 5 years. I travel from London where there are undoubtedly a number of hairdressers I could use, but I completely trust Nuala and her team. It is always a wonderful and professional experience. It is clear that Nuala has high standards and trains her team to those standards to deliver the best service to all clients. This is why I will make the 250 mile round trip.
