Where do I start? Booked months in advance only to be phoned the week before she wouldn't be in the country so can I come this week. No, I had booked the day off and live 2 hours away. The day before I was called to rearrange again. The time the time. Again I did, phoned 30 mins later to change the time again. Great customer service. With all 3 calls, they were rushed and very little apology. I felt like I didn't matter at all. When I got there the staff all look utterly miserable. My stylist could not have looked more fed up. She hardly spoke to me. I was told my hair was cotty when she nearly pulled my head off running her fingers through it...its curly!!!! The social media really does not reflect the experience and the price was crazy. I was looking forward to it and was completely disappointed. The salon is cramped and in need of updating, painting and cleaning. I would not recommend and will not be returning.
