Excellent curly cut and finish with Ellen today! She’s really lovely, she made me feel at ease straight away, and is a brilliant hairdresser. The consultation was great, she knew exactly what my hair needed to transform it from a run down tangle (my fault as I’d not been able to get it cut in 8 months!) to a lovely healthy head of curls. So glad to see my curls back and it looks and feels so much better! I’ll definitely make sure I’m much more more organised to get myself booked in much earlier next time. I’d recommend Ellen 100%.

Amazing service. The hot water was not working & staff offered so much to try & wash / style hair using kettle & cold water. I could see it would have been really tricky & staff were trying to do everything they could. I said I was happy with just a cut. When I got home to wash & style myself, I didn’t think it would turn out great (doing it myself) however this cut was so good, it’s made my hair so much curlier! washing / styling myself has been made so much easier! Love it! Thank you! Would highly recommend!

I was very happy with my service. I did catch a day that they were dealing with boiler problems, so hot water was not immediately available. With some extra waiting time, they did find a solution and still reduce the price of the service without negotiations required. Since it was a disturbing issue for both sides I was quite happy with that compromise. For the service itself was great, the cut and styling came wonderful, the interaction as well. So overall satisfied with the experience.

Ive been growing the bleach out of my hair for some time in preparation for my appointment. I wanted to go in with an open mind and open to suggestions as I knew I wanted something more than my natural colour but have trouble with visualising the end result. When Paula came over and gave her advice I was not disappointed at all. She chose colours to enhance my natural colour that I wouldn't have picked otherwise and i love the result. You can tell that she is a real expert in not only colour but also working with people - she asked if I was from Bristol and when she learnt I wasn't she explained my options and advised it would be low maintenance enabling me to add more highlights if I wanted more or leave it to grow out if Im not coming back any time soon. The colour works really well with my natural features but I feel enhanced and have the flexibility / low maintenance that I need. Thanks again, Karen.
