I had Louise as my stylist and she was incredibly talented and listened to what i wanted. She took the time to repeat back to me what I asked for and checked in with me throughout to ensure it was correct. Any tweaks I wanted to make and she did that! Also gave great advice and is a great communicator

Lovely environment and professional service. The advice this time was much better than before so the rating higher. I think it is a bit too expensive, but the recommendations and expertise are specialist. The junior service I had before left me very disappointed, but this time with a senior stylist was so much better

Ali delivered an excelllebt service yet again. I trust her and she always puts me at ease. I’m delighted with the finished result.

This was my first time in the salon and I did not feel very welcomed unfortunately. We were offered drinks which was lovely, however my hairdresser Ali was just quite rude during the appointment. Minimal conversation and communication on what she was actually doing to my hair so i have no idea how to recreate when i get home. Just the overall attitude was not very nice and really put a damper on a very expensive experience. The massage she did was absolutely lovely and my hair looks nice but it’s not what i asked for unfortunately. I would return to the salon but i would choose a different stylist. Just customer service and conversation could be improved massively to make the experience a lot better.

This was my third time at the salon, each time the experience has been very different, this time it felt rushed and not as personal. My stylist was very good. I had a lovely massage before the haircut and a peppermint tea which was nice. I’m not sure what the small glass and gold bowl was?? Still a mystery (maybe it was a defuser of smells?) I do find the products and haircut quite expensive and always feel a bit shit that I don’t use the products, but that’s probs just me.

If you do not like dogs, then this salon probably is not for you. As I opened the door, the owner’s dog jumped up at me and proceeded to yap and run around several times during my visit. This is a huge shame as it really detracts from the overall experience. I love dogs but found it a negative.
