I love coming to Nuala Morey and every time I've come my hair looks lovely. The hairdressers tend to be friendly and talk me through what they'll do. This time I had a lovely massage but felt that the hairdresser didn't really tell me what she was going to do other than cut it dry first and then wet with some layers. I often have it shaped around my face and although I forgot to mention this the hairdresser didn't do this (actually I realised there's a bit at the front that's slightly longer). I guess it's just about communicating a little better really. I paid quite a bit (£48) for a wet cut so assumed that this meant the hairdresser was senior. Otherwise the massage and hair cut in general was great. It's styled well also and overall i still had a good experience. Thank you.

My stylist was excellent and provided professional and attentive care, however the salon is overcrowded and very noisy. Not a relaxing environment at all!! Very loud especially with experienced stylists doing other customers hair talking very loudly about just about everything !!. Just not a relaxing environment. The only time it was drowned out was when the hair dryer was on!! The salon looks tired and over overcrowded. The aesthetics can be overlooked as it’s the hair care that is important which I cannot fault. However , after two hours of noise I couldn’t wait to leave!!

My experience on the day with Georgie was great but I very nearly didn't come at all as when first enquiring (in person), I found the reception very unwelcoming. I was treated with disinterest and it wasn't very informative. The only reason I persevered was the many positive comments i'd received from formerly happy people. I'm glad I did because the hairstylist on the day was good and as I did feel that they understood curly hair. I would come again for that and hope that my experience was perhaps an off day.

I understand that you are busy, but I was sat in a chair for 1/2 an hr with no explanation, waiting for my appointment to start. This happened last time I was with you too, before the lock down. I also feel that your prices are very high. I am pleased with the results, but I could not afford to come to you frequently.
