I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES OF THE HAIR DRESSER AND GOT INTRODUCED TO NICKY OLIVER HIMSELF. IT WAS EXPLAINED TO ME WHY I COULDN'T HAVE THE 12.0 COLOUR AND HE WAS RIGHT AS THE 10.0 COLOURED MY WHITE HAIR.IT WAS GREAT TO HAVE BLONDE HAIR ALL OVER !
