For instance, you won’t find a new line-up of hair dressers in here whenever you come in (as you do in some salons). We have a loyal workforce who’ve been with us for years – because we believe in looking after our staff as well as our customers.
And we don’t look quite like other hair dressing salons in Cheltenham, either. You won’t find those bland pictures of models (who look nothing like most women) on our walls. Instead, we’ve got amazing artwork and photography, which brings the place alive.
In short, we bring a little bit of London cool to Cheltenham, so you come into an environment with a chilled, laid-back vibe. It’s calm, it’s relaxing and it’s a nice place to be. I would have preferred to have been asked if I wanted the extras as well as told how much it was going to cost me- as I got a shock at till as expected to only pay for half head. Great service from Lara as always though.
