One of the best things about a salon visit is the head massage as the colour is emulsified or the treatment is taking time to work...but the experience is rarely consistent as many simply circle in small movements that pull the hair .. Or when they dry your hair, they scrunch the hair so tightly it feels like its pulling the hair out from the roots...so perhaps spending some extra time building these skills would help.

Sarah is my regular stylist and I have been seeing her for about 2 years. She always cuts my hair exactly how I want it. I have a side swiping fringe, so I'm very particular about it being cut by someone who has or has had a fringe, as they understand how to cut and style a fringe. I am really happy with the service and skill of Sarah.

Great experience, Great staff, the only thing that I would reccomend is maybe its time to Upgrade to a cappuccino machine.

Always highly professional at every level of the salon from making an appointment to the final result. Expertise is excellent and provides exceptional product knowledge. If there is something they don't know they will find out and follow through. Always happy with my experience at this salon. Range of services is also excellent although I have not yet fully explored these
