Massage excellent as always. Disappointed with second treatment as I booked for soak file & paint on toes but only received file & paint, even after questioning this, I was then charged the full price. At no point during the treatment was I offered the full service.

Good morning. I am sorry that you didn't receive the foot soak on your treatment. I have mentioned it to all the girls to make sure that this doesn't happen again. We have some new members of the team and they wasn't aware that we did that as most places just do a file and polish. I have looked on the system and can see we do have an option for just a file a polish which is £16 . The difference is £2 so I will credit your account of £5 to express my apologies. Salon manager.

With regret it was not one of my best salon visits. There was nail varnish left on my toes, the tech dug her nails into my nail bed to get rid of excess varnish (which hurt) and the left big toe varnish is quite splodgy ( I didn't notice it until I was at home). Shame as I enjoy visiting the salon usually and I hope it was a one off experience.

Had full leg and bikini wax, everything was fabulous until I got home and noticed sge hadn’t waxed my feet or toes! Disappointing

Good afternoon. I am sorry that you feel disappointed with your treatment. Feet are toes ae optional and are not automatically included. If you would have asked the therapist she would have certainly waxed these areas for you with no problem at all. Had we been aware you were disappointed when you got home we could have asked you to come back in to resolve this for you. If you have any issues next time please let us know so we can rectify this for you.

Perfectly pleasant service and I actually prefer lack of a small talk and chit chat. I did find a table I was sat at a little dirty, dust and coffee marks on the lamp, random can of Monster drink and half empty glass of water at the welcome desk...details, but together made me think that noone care about the place.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. The can of monster drink was not any of the therapist drink, it was a clients drink and soon as we seen it on reception we removed it.
