I have been having my hair cut and coloured at Mosaic for many years. When the salon relocated to Marshalswick a few years ago, I took the opportunity to try some others, but soon returned to Mosaic, as the service, professionalism and therapeutic experience is second to none. My stylist is usually Sally, who has an real understanding of her clients needs, listens carefully, and delivers the look you want, but is also very good at coming up with new ideas. Training is taken very seriously, and even the most junior trainee feels a real connection with the business, and takes pride in their work. All products used in the salon are very carefully selected and tested, as only the best will do. I am happy to say the same goes for the coffee! I highly recommend Mosaic, which has never let me down. It is not the cheapest, but I always leave there feeling marvelous!

Once again a lovely experience at Mosaic. Staff always welcoming, my stylist saw me immediately to discuss my visit meaning I could then continue on to my wash, lovely head massage and deep condition. Was very chilled by the time my hair was styled. My hair was blow dried with lovely bounce that kept a smile on my face all day! Although I have always been happy with my hair salons I am extremely happy with Mosaic.

I am in my 50s with curly hair; I have never been able to find a good hairdresser who is consistently available until I went to Mosaic; not only are all the staff who have cut my hair been wonderful, but they stay so I can rely on them being there each time I go. I like the advice they give about products; there is no hard sell but when I have bought their suggested products I have found them very good so I trust my stylist's advice. Above all my regular hairdresser Michelle is wonderful and really knows how to cut my hair; I am always being complimented on it.

Great service from a local salon. First started using them 4 years ago and have never had a "bad hair day" even when my regular stylist was absent and I had another. They send you reminders by text so you can confirm your appt. and do your colour test in time (very handy) I always find them very friendly and professional (not easy to achieve both). The choice of free drinks is a lovely extra. Another small point the stylists never talk to each other over your head which shows how good the customer service traning is.

I searched for a very long time and tried several other stylists before finding Annette at Mosaic. Although the costs are daunting I am so thrilled to have found a stylist who listens to me,and understands my hair. Annette is a very skilled 'cutter', endlessly patient and friendly,and Mosaic is lucky to have her. The whole team at Mosaic are pleasant and helpful and I would happily recommend them.

I have been a customer at Mosaic for over 20 years and although I have tried other salons now and again I ALWAYS return to Mosaic. They are so friendly and always make me feel very comfortable. It is always a pleasure to visit - I often recommend Mosaic to my friends. The parking is easy and free, the service, from the moment the phone is picked up to leaving the salon, is brilliant, and the professionalism is second to none.
