I'm very happy with my cut and finish today. It's a lovely well cared for salon and they take all precautions regarding Covid. Everyone is very friendly. Lovely recliner chairs for a comfortable hair wash. Thankyou to Emily, my hair feels and looks so much better now. I only wish I could blow-dry my hair like you do!

Mosaic was recommended to me when my own hairdresser of over 25 years stopped working. It is such a delight to come to Mosaic. I'm made to feel welcome as soon as I walk through the door. Annette is a wonderful stylist. She is very skilled. She has so much patience and is really friendly. She listens to all my concerns small (mostly!) and large (occasionally!) and always gives me so much reassurance. The staff who wash my hair are equally kind and efficient. Changing hairdressers can be challenging (and traumatic - I know) so I'm thrilled to feel so special when I visit.
