It was my first time in Mosaic. Everyone was really warm and friendly and all the staff were really clear about Covid restrictions and what to expect. A very professional approach. Emily cut my hair and she did everything I asked, it looked great! Very pleased and will return.

My first visit to Mosaic Hair Studio after being with my previous hairdresser for many years. I am very pleased with my cut, exactly as asked for. Needless to say a booked my next appointment and this will now be my local salon. Thank you so much for making my first visit so welcoming, relaxed and positive. Would recommend to all.

The salon had made every effort to maintain social distancing and hygiene throughout. The face shields during hair washing were an excellent way of stopping your mask getting wet. My stylist, Amy, was super nice as well as professional, and made the whole thing a great experience. My hair looks amazing too, which is sort of important! 10/10 would recommend :)
