Olivia is absolutely fantastic. She always does great job bleaching my hair which fights against it. She knows a lot about hair care and she’s very friendly. Even though the salon is a 45 minute drive, it’s definitely worth the drive.

First visit. Wow! Best experience I have had in a long time, really took the time to understand what I wanted and the challenges I had with my hair. Sally did a fantastic job. Felt so comfortable booked another 2 appointments for cut and colour. Thank you- hope I have found my forever salon in St Albans .. at last!

Jean ( my elderly mum ) was made to feel welcome and put at ease by everyone in Mosaic. Sam, her stylist was kind and knew exactly how to put Jean at ease and cut and styled her hair perfectly . Would highly recommend Sam and the team.

This salon is a lovely, clean relaxing oasis of cam efficiency. Staff are all lovely and professional. I get the best style and cut I've had in many, many years. The proof is in the number of compliments on my hair that I get. I love how Sally understands just how I want to look.
